As of September 30, 2021, there are five homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $2,549,000 for a relisted detached home on Clifton Road (16 days on the market) to $4,680,000 for a multiplex on St Clair Avenue East (36 days on the market).

Last month, four homes sold in Moore Park, including three detached and a semi-detached home. The average time to sell a home was seven days. The home on Inglewood Drive sold two days after it was listed, while the other home remained on the market for 17 days. This doesn't include the only home that has been listed for more than 30 days or the four homes that were listed in the month of  September and have yet to sell for their current list price.

All four homes sold above their initial asking prices. The highest selling Moore Park transaction of the month featured a detached 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on a 60 x 138-foot lot with a private drive and garage on Inglewood Drive. It sold for $4,080,000 which was 102% of the asking price. This was followed by another detached home on Clifton Road which sold for $2,511,000 which was 109% of the initial listing price.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend at least $1,700,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
