As of November 2, 2020, there are five homes available in the Moore Park area, ranging in price from $2,795,000 for a detached home on Clifton Road (49 days on the market) to $5,895,000 for a detached home on Inglewood Drive (49 days on the market).

Last month, five homes sold in Moore Park, including four detached homes and one semi-detached home. The average time to sell a home was eight days. The home on Inglewood Drive sold a day after it was listed while the longest lasted 14 days. This doesn't include the three homes that have been listed for more than 30 days or the two homes that were listed in the month of October and have yet to sell at its current listed price.

Three of the five homes sold at or above their listed price last month. October’s most valuable home sale was a detached 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom on a 40 x 110-foot lot with a private drive and garage on St Clair Avenue East. It sold for $2,150,000, which was 93% of the original listing price. It was followed by a detached home on Inglewood Drive which sold for $2,050,000 or 100% of the asking price.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend $1,700,000 for a semi-detached and at least $1,800,000
for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory endures as the main driver of competitive bidding.
